David’s Tire & Wheel Return Policy

 

 

Please understand that there are no returns unless the situation is reviewed upon and seller agrees that buyer does deserve a refund for the product. If the wheels are broken, scratched, or defective; the product will only at that time be exchanged for the same product. Only if the product is no longer available, there will be a refund.

 

• The customer is responsible for all shipping costs when returning or exchanging an item. This INCLUDES all warranty returns as well.

• A 25% restocking fee of the total order will be charged to the customer for the returned order. This restocking fee also applies to shipments that are refused at the time of delivery. Upon certain situations, re-stocking fee MAYBE lowered or waived. Shipping will not be refunded.


Wheel and Tire Package Return Policy

• All cancellations prior to shipment after an order is placed is subject to a 25% (of the total invoice) restocking fee.

• Wheel and tire packages must be properly boxed. David’s Tire & Wheel will deny a refund on any damaged returns.

Absolutely NO returns will be accepted after the set of wheels have been mounted onto the vehicle and driven. This is considered a used set.

• No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and further review from David’s Tire & Wheel.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect and report any damages within 48 hours of receiving the product. No claims will be accepted after 48 hours of receiving the wheels. All claims require the original boxes and packaging materials. Without the original packaging materials UPS will not further review the claim.

• For customers purchasing wheels alone, once a tire is mounted there are ABSOLUTLEY NO RETURNS. Please test fit at least one wheel on the back and one wheel on the front before mounting a tire.

• The price that the customer buys the wheels for is final.

• All special order sales or discontinued items are final. This means no returns on special order or discontinued items.

• No returns after 30 days.

• It is the customer’s obligation to notify David’s Tire & Wheel, at the time of purchase, if their vehicle has been lowered, altered, or modified in any way that might change the fitment guidelines for that vehicle. If no modifications are mentioned at the time of sale, there will be no returns.

 

IMPORTANT:  David’s Tire & Wheel is not responsible for installation of product. Verification that all merchandise has been received is the responsibility of the purchaser.
